摘要

Abstract

The informatization, intellectualization and socialization of transportation system for Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) which can solve the transportation problems in the city effectively. As the key point of ITS, the vehicle monito-ring platform and system are developed quickly and applied widely. In order to promote vehicles running smoothly and safely. a vehicle monitoring system based on differential GPS and China Unicom 3G technology is designed, and a practical vehicle monitoring system is developed and deployed in certain district of city Xi'an, which demonstrate our system can combine the functions of vehicle monitoring, scheduling and anti-robbing together with low cost and high efficiency.
