摘要

Abstract

In order to monitor the performance of the brushless DC motor controller, the virtual instrument technology was used in the development process. A upper-computer software which can be interactive with controller is compiled with LabVIEW in design process. The low-cost standard serial port (RS232) bus that is easy to control is adopted in the communi-cation section to achieve the data transmission for PI parameters of motor speed, voltage and busbar current. The adjustment method of the designed upper-computer software PI parameters is better than the traditional method. It reduces hardware wastage and time cost. The upper-computer software system, which adopts the open design, is independent of lower computer types and working patterns. Therefore, it has strong generality. The experimental results show that this system can complete the real-time detection of system performance and the setting of controller parameters.
