高强高韧B93铝合金的热变形行为
Hot deformation behavior of high strength and toughness B93 aluminum alloy
摘要
Abstract
The change law of B93 aluminum alloys at various high temperature flow stresses was investigated by compression deformation test of cylindrical specimen at constant temperature and strain rate on Gleeble21500 hot simulator. The strain hardening index n and deformation activation energy Q also were calculated and the flow stress constitutive equation was obtained. The results show that the flow stress of B93 alloy is controlled by both strain rate and deformation temperature, and the flow stress decreases with the increase of temperature and increases with the increase of strain rate. The optimal temperature of hot working for this alloy is about 450 'C.关键词
