太湖梅梁湾水体微囊藻毒素含量的季节变化特征及其影响因素研究
Seasonal variation of microcystins concentration and influencing factors in Meiliang Bay, Lake Taihu

Abstract
The high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to detect the concentration of microcystins(MCs) in Meiliang Bay, Taihu Lake for four seasons. The paper analysed the variation trends of MCs(MC-RR, MC-YR, MC-LR)concentration and the relationships between MCs and total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP), CODMn, Phytoplankton. The results indicated that the concentrations of MCs were(0.43±0.96), (0.78±0.99), (0.50±1.12) and (0.14±0.27)μg·L-1 of spring (May), summer (August), autumn (November) and winter (February), respectively. According to correlation analysis, the concentration of MC-LR had a very significantly positive correlation with TP, a very significantly negative correlation with TN/TP(.P <0.01), and had a significantly positive correlation with CODMn(P <0.05). The concentration of MCs had some significantly positive correlations with biomass of Microcystis and cyanobacteria, and MCs were producted by Microcystis mainly.关键词
