Isolation and Identification of Vibrio parahaemolyticus
摘要
Abstract
The isolation and identification of Vibrio parahaemolyticus from seafood was studied by several methods,including bacterial morphological observation,halophilic test,cytochrome oxidase test.indole test,lysine decarboxylase test,arginine digydrolase hydrolysis, Voge-Proskauer test and sucrose fermentation. Result showed that bacterium from seafood was identified as Vibrio parahaemolyticus.关键词
