Abstract
Motion Simulation in the computer often encounter military icons represent target of turning. In order to reflect turning radius on the corner and be able to smooth show, this paper uses the improved coordinate localization algorithm, using geodetic coordinates to describe the location of military targets, and showing the target in the chart. Using Visual C ++ 6.0 as a development tool revised the problem of deviation after used cximage class to call the rotate() member function rotate the image.
