摘要

Abstract

The spallation target of Accelerator-Driven sub-critical System (ADS) is studied using the program MCNPX. The calculation of standard lead target bombarded with 0. 6 - 1. 5 GeV proton beams is carried out. The neutron spectra and distribution over the lead target,energy deposition and neutron production in the lead target are studied. The simulation results agree with the former theoretical and experimental results.
