增强UV-B辐射对烤烟幼苗生长及生理特性的影响
Effects of intensified ultraviolet-B radiation on growth and physiological characteristics of flue-cured tobacco

Abstract
Pot experiments were conducted to study effects of different UV-B radiation on growth and physiological index of flue-cured tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L. K326) seedling. Results showed that intensified UV-B radiation reduced dry weight. Chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, and total chlorophyll content. Slight effect was pbserved on carotenoid content intensified UV-B radiation had significant effect on malondialdehyde. The content of proline and flavonoid, as natural osmotic substance in tobacco leaves were also increased with intensified UV-B radiation.关键词
