Effect of Application of Different Forms of Rapeseed Cake Fertilizers on Volatile Aroma Content of Tobacco

Abstract
Using varieties Yunyan87 and K326 as material, the experiment studied the impact of applying rapeseed, rapeseed cake residues and rapeseed water extracts with chemical fertilizer on tobacco neutral volatile aroma substances. The results indicate that different forms of rapeseed cake fertilizer can significantly increase the contents of volatile aroma substances in Yunyan87 and K.326, the total volatile aroma substances in the different treatment of flue-cured tobacco from high to low are as follows: rapeseed residues applied> rapeseed cake applied > rapeseed water extracts applied > pure chemical fertilizer applied; The treatments applied with different forms of rapeseed. Rapeseed fertilizer residue applied is obvious advantaged to main volatile aroma substances in tobacco, the neophytadiene, carotenoid degradation products, cembranoid compounds, Maillard reactions, aromatic amino acid degradation and neutral aroma except neophytadiene are obviously higher than other treatments. Application forms of rapeseed fertilizer are closely related with volatile aroma substances in tobacco.关键词
