Abstract

In order to reduce the usage of chemical pesticides and improve the quality and safety of tobacco, a field experiment was conducted to study the control efficiency of Aphidius gifuensis, Trichogramma spp.. Biological pesticides and sex pheromone on Aphid, Helicoverpa assulia and Spodoptera litura. The results indicated that the control efficiency of Aphidius gifuensis was perfect on Aphid. Compared with the chemical control, the dropping rate of Helicoverpa assulta and Spodoptera Iitura was 23.6% and the ratio of damage plants reduced 28.5%- 84.2% and 33.4%- 100% in zone of releasing Trichogramma spp. The dropping rate of aphids and Helicoverpa assulta with biological pesticides were 89.31% -91.45% and 43.75% - 54.55% respectively, corresponding to the effect of conventional chemical pesticides. Sex pheromone lure showed a high attractive effect on Spodoptera Iitura and reached 28 - 52 in 5 d, but the efficiency of attraction on Helicoverpa assulta was not significant.
