原位合成La2Zr2O7-YSZ复合材料及高温热稳定性研究

Abstract
LazZrA, yttria-stabilized zirconia(YSZ) and LajZrA-YSZ composites were synthesized by in-situ synthesis method with Zr(NO3)4-3H^andLa(NO3)3-6H2OandY(NO,),-6H20 and QHA-HsO as raw materials. The phase composition and high temperature stability of the products were studied by X ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectrum. The results indicated that Va^ifh and YSZ were pure phase, there were not monoclinic ZrO2 phase and other compound in all of La2Zr2O7-YSZ calcined at 1 200 X. For 6 h, LajZrjO, and YSZ could coexist, the monoclinic ZrO2 phase was produced in YSZ and LZYZ11 by calcining at 1 400 X. For 24 h, it was clear that LajZrA was no conducive to the stabilizing of YSZ.关键词
