相对发达地区烤烟生产专业化服务及其优化——基于湖南宁乡的考察
Professional Services and Optimization about Flue-cured Tobacco Production in Better Economics Areas: Based on the Observation from Ningxiang County in Hunan

Abstract
Carrying out the professional services about flue-cured tobacco is of great realistic significance for the better economics areas. However, the current job has shown up weaknesses in three aspects: service organizations remain to be supported, service scope remains to be enlarged, and quality of service personnel remains to be improved. Based on the observation from Ningxiang county in Hunan, six aspects can be done to optimize professional services about flue-cured tobacco: increasing the support for the professional service organizations, determining professional service cost, setting professional service price, normalizing professional service process, controlling professional service quality and strengthening professional service training. Furthermore, the professional services should grasp the following points: to make the service-type cooperative main supporting institution, to make the service link and service standard being practical for local tobacco production, to make the service price and service quality meeting the need of farmers, and to promote the market-based operation ability of service.关键词
