温度和盐胁迫对油葵种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响
Effect of temperature and salt stress on seed germination and seedling growth of oil-sunflower

Abstract
Effects of temperature and concentration of salt stress were studied on germination energy, germination rate and physiological - biochemical characteristics of the seedlings of oil - sunflowers. Experiment demonstrated that; under the same temperature, with increased salt concentration, germination energy and germination rate of oil - sunflowers were decreased; germination time was extended; growth of radicles was inhibited; length of young buds and fresh weight of seedlings were decreased. Relative seeping of electrolyte of leaves- and roots of seedlings and activities of SOD and POD increased initially and then decreased after that. Under the same concentration of salt stress, germination energy and germination rate of oil - sunflowers increased with the higher temperature, which showed the thermophilus characteristics of oil - sunflowers. This experiment demonstrated that during the germination of oil - sunflower seeds, the salt stress under high - temperature or mild - temperature was beneficial to seeds germination, and the seedlings adapted better to salt stress.关键词
