Abstract
According to the complexity and fuzziness of the water quality system, a Fuzzy Variable Set Model method is introduced for groundwater quality assessment Different relative membership degree matrixes are obtained using different groups of model parameters and the reasonable weights of each index are calculated using comparison fuzzy decision analysis. Then the groundwater quality class is assessed correspondingly. Two different methods,single-parameter assessment method and grey relational analysis method,are compared with the Fuzzy Variable Set Model method. The results show that the Fuzzy Variable Set Model method based on the mathematical models is more effective and reasonable than the traditional water assessment methods. The water quality assessment for the groundwater indicates that the assessment results can be more reliable because the fuzziness of the water environment quality is comprehensively considered in this method.关键词
