甲基百里酚蓝-钕(Ⅲ)配合物与DNA作用研究

Abstract
The interaction of Methylthymol Blue(MTB)-Nd( Ⅲ) complexes with Herring Sperm DNA was investigated by UV-Vis spectrophotometric method in alkalescence buffer solution ( pH = 8. 25). The maximum absorption of formative Blue MTB-Nd( Ⅲ )-DNA coordination compound was obtained at 610 nm. The red shift of maximum absorption was 5 run compared to the MTB and MTB-DNA complex. DNA exists domino effect of augment colour to MTB-Nd ( Ⅲ ) . According to balance percolation mol ratio method and double wavelengh mol ratio method, working out the combine ratio n( MTB): n(Nd(Ⅲ)): n( DNA) is 10: 40: 1, combining con-stant of MTB-Nd(Ⅲ) complexe with DNA is K = S. 38 × 106.关键词
