甘蓝型油菜热激蛋白Bnp23相互作用蛋白的筛选和鉴定
Screening and identification of proteins interacting with Brassica napus heat shock protein 23

Abstract
Yeast two - hybrid assay was carried out to screen the interaction proteins of Brassica napus heat shock protein Bnp23 using activator domain - cDNA library of Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings. 39 positive clones were isolated; and among them ,2 clones were encoded by Arabidopsis PYK10 binding protein 1 (AtPBPl). In vitro interaction between AtPBPl and Bnp23 was further confirmed by western blotting. An interaction between AtPBPl homologous protein BnMBP6 (myrosase binding protein 6 of B. Napus) and Bnp23 was also identified by yeast two -hybrid assay.关键词
