煤矸石混凝土耐久性的正交试验研究
Orthogonal experiment on durability of coal gangue concrete
摘要
Abstract
To enable a wide application of coal gangue in building materials, and make coal gangue from waste into treasure, the gangue concrete is compounded by gangue which partial substitutes gravel and fly ash, and slag which partial substitutes cement. Orthogonal test method and comprehensive balance method are used to obtain an optimal mixture ratio of coal gangue concrete, to analyze the compressive strength of coal gangue and the strength loss, elastic modulus of coal gangue after sulfate erosion, and the loss of elastic modulus after freeze thawing. Also, the microstructure of coal gangue concrete is analyzed. The tests show that the impact of the strength of coal gangue concrete after sulfate erosion is not too great. The study is unique comparing with the traditional gangue activation method, which provides a useful reference in road and drainage engineering.关键词
