Abstract
This article makes an attempt to compare and analyze the standardization systems on food quality and safety between China and Russian,and emphatically finds out the differences and drawbacks in standards of cheese-making industry between the GB and the GOST,in order to lay a foundation of interchange and cooperation in cheese-making industry between the two countries.关键词
