摘要
Abstract
Using AnyCasting casting simulation software, the solidification process of aluminum alloy cover was simulated. The defects of this casting were forecasted. At the key location, the reason of defect generation is analyzed, and the die casting mould is modified based on optimization. Several improved processes, aiming at reduce, eliminate or remove shrinkage defect, are simulated with software such as setting jet cooler at the last solidification area of casting, setting bridge for feeding etc. The result of simulation showed: the shrinkage defect was obviously improved by using modified process,and it is beneficial for improve the quality of casting.关键词
