摘要
Abstract
By using ophthalmological microsurgery simulator, animal experiment, teaching through on-the-spot demonstration and specialized training, we gave a 3-day cataract operation training to 48 residents from different hospitals in Beijing. The results show that simulation surgical training is an important means in resident training and can effectively enhance trainees' capacity of microsurgical operation. The paper also analyzes the limitations of medical simulation teaching.关键词
