Abstract
The different conditions of mechanical seal ring as the research object, based on the contact surface temperature, on various conditions of seal contact status and temperature change trend are analysed. The results showed that: under extreme conditions, the mechanical seal ring temperature is far less than the corresponding material allows the use of the cap; in normal working condition, the sealing ring due to friction caused by Wen Sheng small, by the sealing medium is transmitted into the sealing ring heat caused by Wen Sheng large. Mechanical seal in different medium temperature and different sealing under pressure can guarantee good performance. In extreme cases, seal ring Mises equivalent stress at the lower level, does not lead to the failure of sealing ring. Because the sealing pressure effect caused by the seal face deformation, seal liquid film thickness along the direction of pressure drop is a divergent distribution; in the end the outside diameter of dynamic and static rings will generate local contact wear, sealing medium temperature on the end surface of liquid film thickness effect.关键词
