Dynamic Analysis and Improved Design of Single-stage Cantilever Pump Shaft

Abstract
In order to solve problems of transmission shaft which is a single-stage cantilever pump-motor system and could de-story the system such as twist resonance and load, this paper analyzes the shaft torsional transmission model in detail, establishes a mechanical model of concentrated mass of impellers and motor. It introduces simply the method of determining the parameters in the torsional vibration equation, derived moment of inertia of impeller loading system; solved the critical rotating speed of transmission shaft,determined nodal plane and principal vibration mode of the shaft. Take unit step signal for example,describes the dynamic response process of torsional angle of impeller and motor by Laplace transform. Compared with the dynamic response process of elasticized shaft, elastic shaft can decrease damage of pump. The results can provide theoretical basis to design and improve single-stage cantilever pump shaft.关键词
