高功率脉冲微波辐照大鼠体内场强的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of in Vivo Distribution of Electric Field Intensity in Rats Irradiated by HPPM

Abstract
On the basis of setting up electromagnetic model of rat,FDTD method was used to calculating in vivo distribution of electric field intensity in the heart,liver and brain of rats irradiated by 2. 71 GHz and 9. 33 GHz HPPM. The results demonstrates that the descending order of field intensity in rats were heart, brain and liver by 2. 71 GHz HPPM irradiation from abdomen and lateral direction,and the descending order of 9. 33 GHz HPPM field intensity in rats were brain, liver and heart. The average field intensity of 2. 71 GHz HPPM in vivo was nearly quadruple of that of 9. 33 GHz HPPM. Our results show that the in vivo distribution of electric field intensity in rat varies with different organs, which is dependent of the frequency and incident direction of HPPM. Therefore, it requires analysis of in vivo distribution of electric field intensity in rat that studying biological effects of HPPM,in order to reasonably represent exposure dose of electromagnetic field which results in biological effects,and to acquire accurate quantitative relation between dose and effects of HPPM biological effects.关键词
