基于动网格的单作用滑片泵流量特性分析
Analysis of Flow Characteristic in Single - acting Vane Pump base on Dynamic Mesh Method

Abstract
A numerical simulation to the transient flow field of single - acting vane pump is performed by using dynamic mesh method and user defined function with shear stress transport turbulent (SST) models. The details of transient flow characteristic and pressure fluctuation are investigated, and the reasons of generating flow fluctuation are analyzed and testified. The results show that the stability of the flow rate and pressure of single - acting vane pump could be estimated and described by the numerical simulation. Flow and pressure fluctuation can be reduced by appropriately designing the corner of port plate and the structure of V - shaped groove. With using structure of more and odd number vanes, the range of flow fluctuation will be decreased and flow rate of pump will be benefited for stability. The bulk modulus of elasticity of pumped medium is also an important factor in impacting the flow characteristic of pump.关键词
