苎麻/棉转杯纺混纺纱性能的影响因素
Performance factors of ramie/cotton blended rotor spinning yarn
摘要
Abstract
Taking the 75/25 58.3tex ramie/cotton rotor spinning blended yarn as an example, the effects of several key spinning equipments and spinning process indexes such as carding roller, navel, isolation plate and rubber roller, spinning cups speed, carding roller speed, air pressure and so on to the quality of ramie/cotton blended yarn are studied systematically. Single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments are taken respectively and the factors which effect the properties of ramie/cotton blended yarn are obtained. The results show that the yam quality is better when OK40 carding roller,45° isolation plate, R7 smooth metal navel and BYC851 I rubber roller are chosen. The speed of spinning cup influences the performance significantly, follows by the carding roller speed,and wind pressure change has less affected on the yarn properties.关键词
