摘要

Abstract

The reason of engine's overbalance and dissatisfied rotary speed was analyzed in this paper. Two theoretical methods and an empirical formula of incising propellers' diameter were introduced to solve the problems. Calculation was based on measured shaft power, and the amount of incising was determined by charts check method. The test results of high ship boat were compared with that obtained from empirical formula and theoretical methods, and the results show that charts check method is more accurate than empirical formula.
