Abstract
The characteristics of forming process for some spanner part were analyzed, and the stamping forming process was determined, then the trimming die that removed the excess material parts was designed. The problems which were brought by the hand trimming of the fitter were solved, and the structure and design essentials of the trimming die were introduced. The result shows that the die structure is simple and practical, and the die improves the work efficiency and parts quality.关键词
