干旱胁迫对水稻种子萌发的影响
Effect of Drought Stress on Germination of Rice Seeds
摘要
Abstract
The effect of drought on the germination of rice seeds was studied under the drought stress simulated with polyethylene glycol (PEC - 6000). The results indicated that the germination rate of rice seeds was reduced significantly. The content of soluble sugar, a - amylase activity, root activity and root length were increased at lower PEC level but reduced at higher PEC level. The content of soluble protein was reduced and the content of free amino acids increased under different PEC levels.关键词
