摘要

Abstract

In this study, two kinds of substrate formula were selected for cutting of Pittosporum tobira, which were perlite and turfy soil mixed according to 1:1, coconut shell + rural soil + organic compost mixed according to 1:1:1. The effects of different concentrations of IBA and NAA on rooting of Pittosporum tobira were studied on the two substrates. The results showed that the cutting effect was the best when soaked with 50 mg/L IBA and NAA for three hours and cultured on the substrate with perlite and turfy. The rooting rate could reach 87% and was 136~38% more than that of the check; the rooting time was also the shortest, which was 23 days and 10 days earlier than that of the check.
