Genetic Analysis of Main Agronomic Traits in Recombinant Inbred Lines of Tom Thumb × Yanzhan 1
摘要
Abstract
The recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived from Tom Thumb × Yanzhan 1 were used for the genetic analysis of 9 agronomic traits including heading date, anthesis, plant height, spike length, spike number per plant, total spikelets per spike, fertilized spikelets per spike, total grain number per spike, and 1 000 - kernel weight. The results showed that the traits in the progeny populations showed transgressive segregation. According to the performance and statistical analysis of heading stage, spike number per plant, fertilized spikelet number per spike, total grain number per spike and 1 000 - kernel weight, some elite lines over better parent were selected from the RILs, which provided valuable resources for wheat genetic improvement in the future.关键词
