楸树不同类型胚性和非胚性愈伤组织的细胞学观察
Morphological and cytological observation on the different callus in Catalpa bungei
摘要
Abstract
The stem segments of Catalpa bungei were taken as explants and cultured on inducing culture medium to induce the embryyogenic and non-embryogenic callus. The results showed that there were four kinds of callus observed by the scanning electron microscopy and the transmission electron microscopy. The white type III and the brown type IV callus were non-embryogenic callus, while the green type I and the purple type II callus were likely to be embryogenic callus.关键词
