摘要

Abstract

Orgyia ericae Germar completes two generations per year in the Ordos areas and lives through the winter with eggs. The eggs were hatched in mid May of the next year, the pupation was occurred in mid June and the adults were mainly produced form late June until late October. The second generation larva emerges from early August to mid September. Damage duration of two generations was about five months. The experimental results showed that the female pupa was heavier than the male in the same conditions and the heaviest female pupa was 0. 59 ± 0.02g at 23 °C. The temperature had a significant effect on the female fecundity. The single-female had greatest eggs at 231, about 483. 25 eggs. The average parasitic rate of egg-pupa was 72.2% , egg parasitic rate was 3.23% and cocoon parasitic rate was 61.03% in Hangjinqi.
