Abstract
The difficulties and key points in field construction of all - density polyethylene unit, such as the control of the formation dimension for cone object and cylindrical shell, nozzle orientation, welding deformation, the prevention of welding crack and so on had been analyzed. On the basis of the analysis results, the corresponding quality control measures and countermeasures were put forwarded. The successfully field assembly of all - density polyethylene unit provided reference for field assembly welding technology of large pressure vessel or the same type of all - density polyethylene unit in China.关键词
