珠江三角洲地区城市土地集约利用评价
EVALUATION OF URBAN LAND INTENSIVE USE OF PEARL RIVER DELTA
摘要
Abstract
Land intensive use is a necessary and important approach to deal with the problem of supply shortage of urban land facing most cities currently in China. A three - layer evaluation index system is established in this paper to measure urban land use intensity, the factor of land sustainable use are specifically considered in the index system in order to avoid the negative affection of environment deterioration if land development intensity are excessively emphasized. The method is applied in Pearl River Delta region, the evaluation results show that urban land use intensity decreases from the central to the peripheral area in the region, which are considered to be mainly caused by factors such as geographical location, industrial structure, economic development level, industrial structure adjustment, old city renovation and land remising system reform.关键词
