Abstract
In combination with embedded technology and image processing technology, a brief and reliable system frame for video monitoring was designed and implemented. S3C6410 MCU and OV9653 camera with 1. 3 Megapixel were chosen. MPEG-4 encoding is conducted with the hardware encoding module MFC of S3C6410. The coded data is transferred through RTP protocol. With the knowledge of the describing system frame, the code implementation was furthered. The test shows that the system has a high efficiency to capture and encode the video data, and can transfers video continuously and stably.关键词
