摘要
Abstract
Pancreatic carcinoma remains a disease with highly malignant and poor prognosis. Currently, the mechanism of pancreatic carci-nogenesis, progression and metastasis is not clear. The researches of this disease are still the subjects of great concern. This article summarizes our work in the basic and clinical researches of pancreatic cancer in 25 years. The basic researches include polyclonal antibody, monoclonal antibody, oncogenes, antioncogene, tumor metastasis suppressor gene, tissue, animal models and so on. The clinical researches include early diagnosis, drug therapy and adjuvant therapy. All of the work will provide new ideas for our next research.关键词
