Abstract
The network traffic through switching node simulation model performance is analyzed. The simulation scheme adopts a modular hierarchical modeling on which all core nodes are constructed by means of extending modules on OPNET. Emphasis is placed on analyzing the basic principles and key technologies. The multi-source-side method is used to handle the simultaneous driving problem of OPNET simulation by traditional businesses and different self-similar businesses. Meanwhile, data source nodes and destination nodes are added to enhance the flexibility of the model. The simulation experiment is validated by comparing the performances of self-similar traffic and Poisson traffic as they are added to the source node at the same time. The model provides an efficient approach for simulation analysis of cross-switching network traffic performance.关键词
