Abstract
Since the bubble-and-dew point equations are generally highly nonlinear with temperature and are moderately nonlinear with pressure as well, therefore, iterative procedures are required to solve bubble-and-dew point calculations. For non-ideal system, the activity coefficient equations and fugacity coefficient equations are to be calculated, all are of the functions with very complicated relations, so that the iteration calculations will be much complex. However, such works of non-ideal system bubble-and-dew point calculations can be easily completed with Excel by its array formula, related functions and programming. Meanwhile, the procedure of calculating with Excel is simple and direct, which benefits teaching and learning in both.关键词
