金银忍冬的引种及栽培技术
Introduction and Cultivation Techniques of Lonicera maackii

Abstract
Seeds of Lonicera maackii were introduced from Changbai Mountain in November 2003. Its botanical characteristics, biological characteristics? Growth rhythms and propagation techniques were systematically studied through the introduction and cultivation experiments conducted in five years. The results showed that L. Maackii presented the characteristics of strong adaptability, cold-tolerance, drought-resistance, easy propagation, easy transplanting and no diseases and insect pests. The best method of seed propagation was to adopt sand culture with low temperature, then soak them in cold water for 48 hours and its germination rate was 87. 3%. The rooting rate reached as high as 92% when softwood cutting with 1000 mg ? Kg~'NAA and treatment duration 2 s, which belonged to species that generated roots from phloem. The apical shoots had two growth peaks in a year, the tree form was graceful and foliage was luxuriant, blooming period was two months, the red fruit hanged on twigs for the whole winter, being a good tree species for greenery in urban and rural areas.关键词
