成人注意缺陷多动障碍生态执行功能特点
Ecological executive function characteristics in adults with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the characteristics of ecological executive function in adults with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 41 adult outpatients were selected as the patient group who were diagnosed as ADHD according to the Conners'Adult ADHD Diagnostic Interview for DSM-IV( CAADID), and 42 normal adults were selected as the control group. Both groups were matched by age and years of education. All the subjects completed the Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function-Adult Version (BRIEF-A). Results: Compared with the control group, the ADHD group got significantly higher scores in global executive composite, behavioral regulation index, and metacogniton index ( P < 0.01) . ADHD group got higher scores in the aspects of inhibition, emotion control, initiation, task monitoring compared with controls (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The adults with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder may have deficits in ecological executive function.关键词
