枯草芽孢杆菌XF-1提取物对11种植物病原菌的抑制作用
Inhibition effect of Bacillus subtilis XF-1 extract on 11 fungal pathogens
摘要
Abstract
The antagonistic substance, isolated from the culture of Bacillus subtilis XF-1 by a method of hydrochloric acid precipitation conbined with methanol extraction substance, could inhibit 50% resting spore activity of Plasmodiophora brassicae treated for 2 d and over 90% spore germination treated for 9 d. The inhibition rates were 71.97%, 62.23%, 60.96%, 60.70% and 57.92% of the plant pathogens, I.e. Fusarium solani, Rhizoctonia solani, F. Graminearum, F. Solani, and Alternaria alternate, respectively.关键词
