Abstract
Each hospital will do a job is the cultural construction of the hospital, It is not only the unit staff and doctors and nurses reflect the face of community spirit, but also a reflection of the social image of the hospital. The culture of hospital building work must be combined with the actual hospital. Should be a rational view of the hospitals culture, continuous improvement methods, and broaden the way, reflect the characteristics of the times and adapt to the needs of the community.关键词
