Influence Factors to Promoting Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy of Breast Cancer in Clinic
摘要
Abstract
Multifactors influence the clinical application of the sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) of breast cancer. This article discuss some factors influencing to spread and exploitation of the technic of the sentinel lymph node biopsy for the patients with breast cancer in our country, fron four aspects. Firstly, a good clinical technological innovation used widely needs long time; Secondly, experts master the technique need more training time. Thirdly, improving social humane environment need long time and limit the utility of the technique. Finally, the disharmony between the patients and doctor put a negative attitude on the application of SLNB..关键词
