The occupational hazards and protection of nurses on flow Blood Collection Cars

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To understand the case of needle stick injuries and other dangerous happen to the nurses during collecting blood on flow Blood Collection cars and to probe of the preventive measures and countermeasures. Methods: Using a open questionnaire investigation method to carried out a retrospective study for 50 nurses were all part of needle stick injuries and other symptoms. Results:There are 15 needle stick injuries, occupational exposure rate is 30%. There are two nurses had gastritis, five nurses had headaches and chest tightness, two nurses had four abortions, accounts for 20% of pregnant women. Conclusions: Blood - collecting nurses are at high risk of needle stick injuries, it is necessary to strengthen their occupational safety education to improve self - protection awareness. Meanwhile, improving the working environment of Blood Collection car so as to effectively guarantee the safety of the staff and blood donors.关键词
