Abstract
Much more importance attached to the dealing with the petition letter by hospital manager is the key point to solve the conflicts between doctors and patients, create a harmonious Doctor - Patient relationship. Therefore , the exploration of the basic principles and specific requirements of medical ethics construction at standpoint of petition letter, finding out the problems in the hospital management timely from the masses'petition letters and make a correction, which will be helpful to improve and promote the construction of medical ethics in hospitals.关键词
