Abstract
The institutional review board or the ethical committee focuses on the capacity building in their work. Recently, professors from FERCAP were invited to evaluate the review practice in China to improve their a-bility. This paper introduced the situation of FERCAP, described the review practice and shared some experiences on the construction of review ability in the institutional review board or the ethical committee.关键词
