Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of Hybrid coat protective coat for dentin on desensitization of vital teeth in the full crown restoration. Methods: A total of 84 vital teeth from 50 patients were randomly divided into three groups, 28 vital teeth in each group. One group for applying Hybrid coat after tooth preparation, one group for applying Colgate effective anti-acid toothpaste after tooth preparation, the other group was the control. Take the model after tooth preparation, cement the temporary crown. Week and one month to referral after the restoration, evaluate the extent of dentine hypersensitivity of experimental and control groups. Results: After a week and one month, Hybrid coat group had significant desensitization compared with Colgate group and control group (P<0. 05). Colgate group and control group had no significant difference (P>0. 05). Conclusions: Hybrid coat protective coat for dentin can effectively prevent dentine hypersensitivity after tooth preparation.关键词
