Abstract
Objective:To summarize the experience and technique of 515 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in treatment of cholecystic diseases. Methods: The clinical data of 515 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy from Jun. 2005 to May 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results:The 512 cases were performed successfully. 2 cases were initiatively converted to laparotomy for severe adhesion. 1 case was passively converted to laparotomy for transaction of bile duct. No one died. Conclusions: LC is a safe and reliable method for cholecyst diseases with suitable operative indication and technique.关键词
