The comparative sutdy on effects of laparoscopic and open cholecystectomy on diabetics

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the effects of laparoscopic and open cholecystectomy on diabetics. Methods: The retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of diabetics who underwent cholecystectomy, all patients were divided into two groups: the laparoscopic group and open group,their postoperative complications and mean hospital stay were compared. Results:The postoperative complications and mean hospital stay in laparoscopic group were obviously better than those in open group (P<0.05). Conclusions: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy can significantly reduce the postoperative complications of diabetics, and is the first choice for diabetics.关键词
