Abstract
Objective:To study the preventive effect of Elemene on HGC-27 gastric cancer peritoneal metastasis in nude mice and provide the experimental basis for expanding its novel clinical implications. Methods: The HGC-27 human gastric cancer nude mouse model of peritoneal metastasis was established, and administrated with Elemene, cisplatin(DDP) or Elemene combined with DDP. The peritoneal cancer index of peritoneal metastases was determined, and immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the expression of Ki67, bcl-2 protein expression. ResnltS: HGC-27 human gastric cancer nude mouse model of peritoneal metastasis after elemene and DDP given after the intervention, PCI index of peritoneal metastases were significantly different, which combined treatment group, Bcl-2 protein expression differences to some extent. Conclusions: Elemene in human gastric cancer HGC-27 for peritoneal metastasis in nude mice have a clear preventive effect.关键词
